What we assess
A role-specific practical test: work quality, reading drawings, using tools and following safety procedures.
Candidate requirements
Specify the tasks, equipment, experience, working hours, pay, accommodation and meals. We can also agree on a sample task for assessing skills.
Your involvement
We arrange online interviews, share available assessment results and agree on candidates and the final team. Photos and videos of practical tests are provided under the project terms.
