The request preparation form
The information you enter is held only in the form on the open page. It is not sent to the agency or server, is not stored in a database and is cleared when the page reloads.
Downloading
When you select “Download request”, your browser creates a text file with your entries. You decide where to store the file and whom to share it with.
Before submission is enabled
Details of the personal data controller, processing purposes and conditions, retention periods, contact information and consent will be added before submission is enabled. This page describes the current form and does not replace the controller’s future privacy policy.
